Glossier has been making waves in the beauty industry since their launch in 2015, with founder Emily Weiss growing the brand into a $1 billion dollar business in less than five years. Glossier’s success is closely tied to their belief that individuals should never feel pressured to hide behind makeup, and that quality products show off your own skin, but better. In a world of beauty brands that are constantly trying to sell you on how they can disguise or transform your appearance, Glossier is a breath of fresh air telling you that exactly how you are is enough.

Like most women, makeup and skincare are an integral part of my day. Glossier has been a favorite for years as a company that promotes acceptance over a need to change.
